Star Rating: The hotel is in front of the central train station S. Maria Novella in the city center. It is close to the congress center, piazza Duomo and all the other monuments of Florence. All the rooms are quiet and sunny. The windows look out onto the most important monuments and have a view of the hills around Florence. The hotel is on the third floor of an historic building of the 19th century. There is a private elevator to reach the hotel. We have 12 rooms 1 single, 6 double, 4 triple, 1 quadruple for total 30 people very quiet and sunny. All the rooms have private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone with direct outside dialing, safe, bar-fridge, internet connection and fax on request. A parking place is available for the guests. The hotel has elevator and an Internet point. The hotel is in front of the central train station S. Maria Novella therefore all the trains and buses of Florence with connection for Chianti, Siena ,Pisa and airport with bus in 20 minutes of travel every 30 minutes. We have a breakfast room and a bar area. All the main rent car company is around the hotel (AVIS, Hertz, Maggiore and other). The most important city tour to begin with is beneath the hotel.

PORTA LA PRATO- VIALI DI CIRCONVALLAZIONE then 1st on the right following the indication now you are on VIA BARACCA continue straight on By train At the central station of Florence SANTA MARIA NOVELLA go on the end of the rail, turn right go down the stairs, cross the traffic light in front of the station, turn right on the side walk and after 10 m you are in front of the no, 5.   Check-in Time 2:00 PM Important - If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior to this check-in time, you will need to book the night prior to the date of arrival as the hotel is not able to organise check-in at such an early hour.   Check-out Time 11:00 AM   Car Parking An open area behind the Hotel is avaiable to park car.
